Returns & Replacements
At Click and Stick Co., every photo magnet is custom-made just for you. Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong photo, changing your mind, or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging
Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, we do not require the damaged item to be returned.
Custom Photo Quality
Please note that the final quality of your magnet depends on the quality of the image provided. We may crop, adjust, or add a small border when necessary to ensure your photo looks its best without stretching or distorting the image.
